David Fletcher

Vice President

David came to the FMI team in January of 2018 originally to run the marketing department, and was promoted in March to Vice President. He comes from a diversified background in both Sales, and Marketing Leadership. Previously, David had worked for Office Relief based in San Leandro prior to joining FMI Systems.
        In addition to his experience with his last firm, David has had the opportunity to work with national brands such as Deluxe, OfficeMax, and Live Nation. Through the combination of experience in the larger firms to the small to medium size companies, David has been successful in all positions that he has held in sales, marketing, and management.

Robert Gordon

President

Robert attended California State Dominguez Hills and earn his degree in Business Administration, BBA and Project management from. Starting  from out on the field, he used his experience to get to where he is at today.  He has been in the commercial management and industrial relocation industry for over 15 years. In 2012, Robert founded FMI systems as a commercial relocation company then expanded services to include office furniture, project management, space planning, construction and other core services. He processes a high aptitude for leadership, negotiation, vendor direction, rapport and teamwork entwined with practical and flexible approach to provide a high quality product when faced with unexpected changes.

Jason Arlington

Operations Director/ Principal

A third-generation builder contractor with an extensive background in project management, operations coordination and code inspection. After serving four years in the United States Army, Jason excelled as a commercial electrician becoming general manager for City Wide Construction Corporation. During his time as City Wide Construction Corporation he successfully completed over 800 projects under-budget. He is equipped with diverse experience in project management within corporate operations dealing with interior design, accounting, construction administration, move-add-change process and facilities management contribute to a strong knowledge-base.

Hannah Raya

Sales and Marketing Coordinator

With 6 year of experience as a graphic designer Hannah brings her enthusiasm for design into everything she does. Being skilled in Social media marketing,  web layout design and brand management, she can better assist any client with design needs as, well as possessing strong leadership skills and attention to detail to better make sure the project get completed.  Her hobbies include other artistic aspects such as; photography, digital painting and interior design. Currently she is attending school to further study Graphic Design. Hannah’s goal is to all ways stay current in design trends.

Erik Lomeli

Production Manager

A highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong desire to. Installer supervisor with a proven track record of implementing maintenance tracking systems and work order systems. Organized, independent worker with strong time-management skills. Bilingual self-starter with broad customer service background. Skilled in developing relationships and providing exceptional individualized service. Excellent communication skills, Detail oriented, Dependable and service focused Courier motivated to deliver consistent, prompt and courteous service.

Veronica Paderez

Administrative

Mrs. Paderez is new addition to FMI Systems and the first face your see when coming into our showroom. She previously worked  in administrative positions, customer service and as a Special Ed Instructional Aide. Received Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Management at University of Phoenix.
