Please review this estimate for accuracy. Any changes to this estimate must be sent in writing to your representative to make the appropriate changes. Note: Once your estimate is confirmed, any changes and cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the approval of the seller. Any specials or custom-made products cannot be canceled. Pre-owned and used furniture is sold as-is.

New customers or orders that are more than $5,000 require a 50% deposit; the remaining balance is due upon job completion. Delivery and installation costs are based on regular working hours, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Work that is being performed after hours or weekends must be quoted separately, off-hours or we All areas of work must free and clear with dock access and the exclusive use of an elevator if needed. If the job site is not ready as scheduled, additional handling and storage charges could be incurred.

Note: Due to new tariff’s being imposed on imported goods, FMI reserves the right to request a price adjustment due to the new pricing the manufacturers are imposing.
